Terms & Conditions
Deposits and Cancellations
We normally require a deposit of at least 50% of the value of the booking, this most often done by Bank Transfer. The remainder can either be paid by cash or again B/T. Your booking will be confirmed by email on receipt of your deposit. Should you need to cancel, we politely ask that you give us as much notice of your cancellation as possible.
Arrivals and Departures
We prefer our guests to arrive after 2.00pm, but alternative arrangements can be made.
Collection from Newquay Airport can be arranged.
Guests are requested to check out by 10.30am on their day of departure.
Children
Children over the age of 6 years are welcome.
Payment
Bank Transfer / Cash / Cheques.
Cash machines are available down in the local shops.
